Made from estate grown Seyval Blanc and Traminette grapes. This wine is clean, crisp, dry with a beautiful fruit finish. This food friendly wine pairs well with mussels with tomatoes, capers and herbs. Seared scallops with fresh fettucini, lemon, chives cracked black pepper and shaved Pecorino. Arugula salad with herbed goat cheese and marinated tomatoes.
